Trach pads sit under the flange to absorb secretions and keep the skin underneath dry. These are made in the newer style with embroidered edges so they don't fray, in two layers — cotton on the face, organic bamboo fleece or flannel beneath — for softness against the neck.
Small runs about 2.5" and large about 3.5", with or without a snap closure, in boy, girl, neutral and adult prints.
