Weighted vests are sewn in small squares and filled with 2mm glass beads — never plastic pellets — so the weight sits evenly across the shoulders and back. Fully washable.

The usual guidance is no more than 5% of a child's body weight, and up to 5lb for an adult. If you're not sure which weight to choose, email me before ordering.

Vests are made to order in your choice of solid-color fabric.
